Cozy and convenient
The rooms were clean and comfy. The staff were super friendly. Loved the bar area where we met other guests. The food at the restaurant was pretty good too! One thing, though, the beds could've been a bit softer.

The cleaning service was utterly unacceptable. I frequently found that the cleaners left unfinished jobs, including unchanged pillow sheets and debris in the bathroom. To make matters worse, the reception staff was uncommunicative and dismissive, often speaking German without any consideration for my understanding.

The meals were excellent, fresh ingredients and tasty dishes every day gave me hope that I could trust the kitchen! And the little touches like fresh Turkish pancakes made my mornings good.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but what do you expect for a place that can accommodate the whole family comfortably.

The staff was super nice and friendly, we loved the fresh food every day, and the pools were clean and fun for kids. We really enjoyed the vegetarian dishes, especially the yummy vegetable stews. The entertainment was also cool, especially the evening shows near the pool.

decent hotel,, but needs improvements
The standard double room was immaculate and had a fresh scent. The hospitality of the staff. I appreciated the shuttle service to the beach, both convenient and enjoyable. The bar staff were attentive and remembered my drink preference quickly.
The furnishings could use a refresh to enhance comfort.
